PRACTICE ACTIVITY 6

Hello Guys......
                    Today I would like to tell you about my activities, well my activities today is I'm become Steward, maybe sound strange 'cuase I must Cooking  but dont you know Steward very importand too that a basic to be Chef. If Steward is not available in the hotel or restaurant how to cook because it requires a tool, so thats why Steward very importand to support the kitchen section but also many who underestimate it.
                    Steward is one of the departments in a hotel. This department is very important because it influences to other departments. Steward is the position of someone who takes care of kitchen and restaurant appliances in a hotel. As workers who seek cleanliness of the working area environment, to avoid health problems for guests and employees of the hotel. So the briefing or purpose of this steward material is very important, one of which is knowing and adjusting the working relationship with the section or other department. And we make a team become Steward because in the kitchen have a program so thats why so many people over there to practice about Seaweed held by Makassar Industry Training Center.


 My Team Steward
                   While stewarding is a steward activity based on specified procedures covering requisition, distribution, storing, cleaning & washing, collecting, restocking, inventory and repair & maintenance activities to F & B Equipment. These activities are examples of cooperation with other sections or departments.
                   So, steward and stewarding is one of the departments that enter the hotel organization that has an important role in the relationship between other departments who are in charge of kitchen and restaurant equipment and have certain activities. so thank guys for you attention I hope you will to know a little bit abou How very impportand Steward Section.

Hello Guys,           Kali ini saya akan menceritakan aktivitas saya di dapur, dan pada kesempatan ini sedikit berbeda seperti  biasanya karena kali ini saya akan membuat Tape atau Tapai.           Tapai atau tape adalah kudapan yang dihasilkan dari proses fermentasi bahan pangan berkarbohidrat sebagai substrat oleh ragi. TILTING PAN                     Braising Pan or Tilting Pan, usually used for cooking in great quality like scrambled eggs, braised meats, soups, stews, pastas and more. CHEESE KNIFE           Cheese cutters are designed to cut soft, sticky cheeses (moist and oily), and accordingly do not have a large sharp edged blade compare to a cheese knife with holes in the blade. The cutting edge of cheese cutters are typically a fine gauge stainless steel or aluminium wire (a "cheesewire") stretched across a supporting frame. The thin wire cuts through a cheese block with hand pressure.           The original Prodyne Gourmet Cheese Slicer had a wooden board with a slot cut into it and a hole through which one end of a U-shaped steel cutting arm was inserted. In the patented design, a stainless steel wire extends between the two ends of the cutting arm fit into the slot, and cuts the cheese.
