LOCAL MARKET 9

Hello Everyone,
           I will tell you my activities again when I'm going to Local Market every week and this time I visit Local Market on Malino, a little bit far away is not like before when I'm visit the Market in Makasar Area because along with my class vacation at Malino so I think gonna be good time with my friends.
            Malino's Central Market is the market center of the city of Malino despite having small markets such as other vegetable and fruit sellers which are usually located on the roadside but the Malino Central Market as the center, every day this market is open but the most crowded day or big day is Sunday and the characteristic of this flower city is cheap and fresh vegetables, then a variety of fresh fruits, especially fruits that live in cold areas such as strawberries, mangosteen, avocados etc.

           Talking about my vacation with my friends is so much fun right there this is the second time and we stay for two nights, we choose again malino 'cause we enjoy the weather is cold and the situation really far from buzy, noisy, traffic jam so we need like this one is quiet place and natural atmosphere with trees. Actually, I'm going to market for buy vegetable and another for our Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner so just one time to visit the marker and directly I remembered my personal blog and I think that's really different to talking about.

             So I will review about the price of Malino's Central Market when I'm visit the market.

           Well guys that's a view of price at Central Market Malino's, above we can see that price is cheap than another local market because most are grown here so that's why the price is cheap and easy to find out than fresh also.

Hello Guys,           Kali ini saya akan menceritakan aktivitas saya di dapur, dan pada kesempatan ini sedikit berbeda seperti  biasanya karena kali ini saya akan membuat Tape atau Tapai.           Tapai atau tape adalah kudapan yang dihasilkan dari proses fermentasi bahan pangan berkarbohidrat sebagai substrat oleh ragi. Di Indonesia dan negara-negara tetangganya, substrat ini biasanya umbi singkong dan beras ketan. Ragi untuk fermentasi tapai merupakan campuran beberapa mikroorganisme, terutama fungi (kapang dan jamur), seperti Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Rhizopus oryzae, Endomycopsis burtonii, Mucor sp., Candida utilis, Saccharomycopsis fibuligera, dan Pediococcus sp, namun tidak tertutup kemungkinan jenis lain juga terlibat.
