CHEESECLOTH
Cheesecloth is a loose-woven gauze-like carded cotton cloth used primarily in cheese making and cooking.
The primary use of cheesecloth is in some styles of cheesemaking, where it is used to remove whey from cheese curds, and to help hold the curds together as the cheese is formed. Cheesecloth is also used in straining stocks and custards, bundling herbs, making tofu and ghee, and thickening yogurt. Queso blanco and queso fresco are Spanish and Mexican cheeses that are made from whole milk using cheesecloth. Quark is a type of German unsalted cheese that is sometimes formed with cheesecloth. Paneer is a kind of Indian fresh cheese that is commonly made with cheesecloth. Fruitcake is wrapped in rum-infused cheesecloth during the process of "feeding" the fruitcake as it ripens.

CHOPSTICK
Chopsticks are shaped pairs of equal-length sticks that have been used as kitchen and eating utensils in virtually all of East Asia for over two millennia.
Saibashi are Japanese kitchen chopsticks used in Japanese cuisine. They are used in the preparation of Japanese food, and are not designed for eating. These chopsticks allow handling of hot food with one hand, and are used like regular chopsticks. These chopsticks have a length of 30 cm (12 in) or more, and may be looped together with a string at the top. They are made from bamboo, but for deep frying, metal chopsticks with bamboo handles are preferred, as the tips of regular bamboo chopsticks discolor and get greasy after repeated use in hot oil. The bamboo handles protect against heat.

CHUSHKOPEK
Chushkopek is a uniquely Bulgarian kitchen appliance for roasting peppers, aubergines or potatoes, generally used in salads.
A chushkopek is a cylindrical oven with an opening on the top. Long sweet peppers are placed inside, the lid is replaced, and within several minutes the pepper is ready. Due to the appliance's design, the pepper is evenly roasted across all its surface, leaving a blackened skin which is then easily removed. There are several dishes and dips that are prepared from roasted peppers or eggplants.
