PRACTICE ACTIVITY 14 (ENG VER)

Hello My Brother and Sister Lovely,
As I said in the previous post about Table Breakfast, today is a set up in the Campus Rector for Table Breakfast while waiting for the Opening Job Fair to be held in the Campus Hall. This time the Table Breakfast is prioritized for Guest Job Fair and Acting Committee and Guest Invitations at this event.

This Job Fair is held annually by the Campus to open new jobs and establish cooperation between Hotels and campuses. In general, the Job Fair is open to the public and for free also provides alumnus Tourism Polytechnic Makassar to work in Hospitality and Travel.
A job fair, also referred commonly as a career fair or career expo, is an event in which employers, recruiters, and schools give information to potential employees. Job seekers attend these while trying to make a good impression to potential coworkers by speaking face-to-face with one another, filling out résumés, and asking questions in attempt to get a good feel on the work needed. Likewise, online job fairs are held, giving job seekers another way to get in contact with probable employers using the internet.

For the Table Breafast Menu this time are Croisant, Danish, Cinnamon Roll, Berliner, Spring Rolls, Shredded Bread, and for Tradional Cakes are Cantik Manis, Doko - doko Cangkuning, Apem Cassava, Kue lapis, and Talam Susu, while Whole Cake is Black Forest and White Forest and Coffee and Tea.
From the menu that we made it has been determined for each group and different, the menu has been combined between Modern Cake and Tradional Cake as with the Tradional Cake which does have many enthusiasts and is no stranger to Makassar people so that the Traditional Cake we make really - how does the taste like the original cake that is already known on the tongue of the consumer.

Whole Cake as a cake that must be made by each group and free of cake what will be made, it is a symbol of our group and this time making Black Forest and White Forest.
Forest Cake is already familiar or often found in some restaurants as a dessert menu especially the Black Forest, talking about the Black Forest is a type of typical German cake that is the most known in the world. This cake is made from chocolate sponge coated with fresh cream, chocolate and cherry shavings soaked in Kirschwasser or now using black cherries, clear cherry schnapps typical of the Schwarzwälder region ("Black Forest").
There are several theories that mention the origin of this cake. The first brown shavings on the cake might symbolize the Black Forest. Secondly, perhaps because the name contains the word Kirschwasser which is characteristic of the Black Forest region. Third, some say that the name comes from the traditional Black Forest women's clothing in black with a white blouse and white hat and red balls symbolizing cherries.
Well that's my activity for Table Breakfast, if you want to know more, please comment below and I hope you like this post and enjoy it. see you guys ...

TOOLS IN THE KITCHEN 3

CHEESE KNIFE           Cheese cutters are designed to cut soft, sticky cheeses (moist and oily), and accordingly do not have a large sharp edged blade compare to a cheese knife with holes in the blade. The cutting edge of cheese cutters are typically a fine gauge stainless steel or aluminium wire (a "cheesewire") stretched across a supporting frame. The thin wire cuts through a cheese block with hand pressure.           The original Prodyne Gourmet Cheese Slicer had a wooden board with a slot cut into it and a hole through which one end of a U-shaped steel cutting arm was inserted. In the patented design, a stainless steel wire extends between the two ends of the cutting arm fit into the slot, and cuts the cheese. The wire has loops at each end; one loop is around the steel cutting arm in the slot, while the other passes around a metal pin though a plastic handle on the other end of the cutt...
