          This
 time I will tell you about my activities in a special campus in the 
kitchen but it's a little different because I will tell you about my 
activities in Personal Cooking or Individual Food Processing according 
to the creations that are made and will be explained from the cooking 
technique to the name of the food.
          Everyone 
will get a Personal Cooking turn randomly so that everyone has to be 
ready and there will be 2 people selected every day and this time it's 
my turn Personal Cooking with Made.
           And this 
time I will make western foods namely Grilled Chicken Breast with Spicy 
Rub, Fondant Potatoes, Roasted Broccoli Steak and Mushroom, Roasted 
Carrot with Cumin Dressing and Green Pepper Pesto. It
 is clear from the name that there are already a number of components 
that I have to cook from sauce, carbohydrates, proteins and others that 
need to be considered is which I did earlier so it did not need a lot of
 time.
           Prepare all the
 tools and ingredients to be used, first, cut chicken and I will take the 
chicken breast then prepare other ingredients to make the sauce and 
vegetables.
           Then
 Marinade Spicy Rub Chicken are Garlic Powder, Cinnamon Powder, 
Chilli Powder, Paprika Powder, Black Pepper, Salt, Oregano, Thyme, and 
Rosemary after that, store or keep for 30 minutes to taste in chicken meat.
Then Roasted chicken for 30 minutes until the chicken meat is really cooked and the meat is still juices.

           Then I make
 Fondant Potatoes, Fondant Potatoes or Pommes Fondant is a method of 
preparing potatoes which traditionally involves cutting them into 
cylinders, whitening the edges, and then slowly baking it with butter 
and broth or stock.

 first sauce is Roasted Carrot with Cumin Dressing, peel the carrot skin 
and cut a small portion or 2 cm clean and clean, then add Olive Oil, 
Cumin Powder, Black Pepper, and Salt mix and than roasted for 30 minutes 
until the carrots are cooked . After that let cool and blender until smooth and add White Wine Vinegar, Olive Oil, Orange Juice, Salt, and Pepper. Blend until it's really smooth like a sauce in general.
           Make the 
sauce Pesto, Roasted green peppers for 30 minutes until the skin is dry 
and peeled and then wipe off the skin, Blend the added Olive Oil, Garlic
 that has been roasted, Salt, and Pepper, until half smooth or not too 
smooth.
          For the Roasted Broccoli Steak and Mushroom, first,  which is to clean and cook 
half-baked or Blanched broccoli, then roasted until the color is browned
 using butter until it is cooked with mushrooms.  
           It's time 
to presenting every component we have made, Grilled Chicken Breast with 
Spicy Rub, Fondant Potatoes, Roasted Broccoli Steak and Mushroom, 
Roasted Carrot with Cumin Dressing and Green Pepper Pesto ready to be 
served.
