LOCAL MARKET 6

Hai There,
Well guys this time I would like to tell you about my activites when I'm visited to Local Market but this time not about Local Market but Modern Market in Makassar City is SmartClub at Tanjung Bunga Street or GTC Mall Makassar.
SmartClub is part of the modern multi-format MPPA retail business, such as Hypermart, Foodmart, Boston Health & Beauty and FMX, that means stores with modern shopping formats with daily needs both from food and home supplies and certainly very different from the prices in the local market and there is no bargaining system like the local market because the prices are already sold in terms of price or number of sales so we have to choose the needs needed.

And this time I didn't go to the market alone but with my friend she name is A. Safaat or you can call Safa but forgot her 'cause we don't talk about her so let's continue. In 2014, MPPA won a number of important achievements to become a multi-format retailer No. 1 in Indonesia. The Company further strengthens its efforts to increase the value of stakeholders by giving fish a better shopping experience for our customers. The new Hypermart G7 format has been successfully launched to become an important basis for the expansion of new stores in the future. The Company has also strengthened its management ranks with world-class experience and capabilities. During 2014, MPPA successfully opened 45 new outlets and further strengthened its position as a modern Indonesian retailer. Through its retail business primarily Hypermart, Foodmart, and Boston Health & Beauty, MPPA will continue its expansion to bring modern retail to all regions in Indonesia.

We can say in the modern market the quality of ingredients is quite guaranteed because it has a cover that really maintains the quality of ingredients including fruits and vegetables but we must also be careful in choosing food ingredients. So I will review about the price on SmartClub.

PRACTICE ACTIVITY 28

Hello guys, this time I would to tell you about my activities on the kitchen.                   Well, because yesterday is preparation so today is time cooking and this time I will tell you how to Make Tori No Terinoyaki actually one of Japanese Food and famous on Japan and another country also.                  The word teriyaki derives from the noun teri, which refers to a shine or luster given by the sugar content in the tare, and yaki, which refers to the cooking method of grilling or broiling. Traditionally the meat is dipped in or brushed with sauce several times during cooking. This popular dish was originally created by Japanese cooks of the seventeenth century, when urbanization, changes in agricultural methods and exposure to new ingredients from abroad gave rise to new, innovative cooking styles.                 The tare is traditionally mad...

TYPES OF BREAD

There are three main kinds of bread in the world: those that rise highest and so have to be baked in pans, those with a medium volume, like rye and French breads, and those that hardly rise at all and consequently are called flatbreads . Wholemeal bread                  Wholemeal and wheatmeal breads are popular. In New Zealand wholemeal breads must have 90% or more wholemeal flour in the recipe used, and wheatmeals any level of wholemeal flour mixed with white flour.                  Processing of these differs in two ways from that of white bread. During mixing the amount of water added to make an optimum dough consistency needs to be increased because the bran in the wholemeal absorbs more water. The dough is weaker because the bran particles break up the strong protein bonds in the bread dough, and this w...
