PRACTICE ACTIVITY TRAINEE 12

Hello Guys, thanks  for read my Blog
         I have to say this last Blog on the job training at the Hotel but don't be sad about that because I'm still write my next Blog sure so don't worried about that just place and section to make different, I just want to say I hope you enjoy with my Blog when I post that and if you want to know my activites everyday @dedyriyady04 that's my personal account and my food activites @dedybestpict on Instagram. So this time not for sadness but just like before is to tell you about my activities on Kitchen Section specially Pastry and Bakery Section, so let's begin now.

 Sweet Bread with Chocolate
          Sweet Bread with Chocolate is one of Sweet Bread we make, usually this one just for sale on Coffee Shop on Nelayan Bar Hotel. One common preparation of sweetbreads involves soaking in salt water, then poaching in milk, after which the outer membrane is removed.

Sweet Bread with Cheese
         Sweet Bread with Cheese is one of Sweet Bread we make, usually this one just for sale on Coffee Shop on Nelayan Bar Hotel, basicly the dough is the same just feeling make different.

Sweet Bread with Banana
          Sweet Bread with Banana is one of Sweet Bread we make, usually this one just for sale on Coffee Shop on Nelayan Bar Hotel, you may use kinds of Fruits or Jam like this one what ever you want.
Sweet Bread with Sausage
           Sweet Bread with Sausage is one of Sweet Bread we make, usually this one just for sale on Coffee Shop on Nelayan Bar Hotel, not only sweet feeling but you can savory like Sausage, Chicken, Beef, Lamb, so on and I think so dependent on you with favorite feeling.

Key Lime Pie
          Key lime pie is an American dessert made of Key lime juice, egg yolks, and sweetened condensed milk in a pie crust, usually for Key Lime Pie for Cooffe Break but sometimes request by costumer because sweet feeling so used Sugar Dough or Sweet Dough guys.

Muffin
          Muffin is one of Gluten Free we have in Breakfast with Chocolate Muffin, Strawbeery Muffin,  and Plan Muffin only Breakfast you get that.

Lapis Surabaya
          Lapis Surabaya is one of tradisonal Cake we have for Coffee Break and also we sale in Coffee Shop just make Slice make diferent and give garnish on the top.

Carrot Cake
          This one same too is one of Coffe Break Cake but sometime we make for Wedding Party or another event we got, usually Carrot Cake is request by costumer but if have ready that cake so we served for that.

Hello Guys,           Kali ini saya akan menceritakan aktivitas saya di dapur, dan pada kesempatan ini sedikit berbeda seperti  biasanya karena kali ini saya akan membuat Tape atau Tapai.           Tapai atau tape adalah kudapan yang dihasilkan dari proses fermentasi bahan pangan berkarbohidrat sebagai substrat oleh ragi. Di Indonesia dan negara-negara tetangganya, substrat ini biasanya umbi singkong dan beras ketan. Ragi untuk fermentasi tapai merupakan campuran beberapa mikroorganisme, terutama fungi (kapang dan jamur), seperti Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Rhizopus oryzae, Endomycopsis burtonii, Mucor sp., Candida utilis, Saccharomycopsis fibuligera, dan Pediococcus sp, namun tidak tertutup kemungkinan jenis lain juga terlibat. Tapai hasil fermentasi dengan ragi yang didominasi S. cerevisiae umumnya berbentuk semi-cair, lunak, berasa manis keasaman, mengandung alkohol, dan memiliki tekstur...

Welcome back on my blog guys                        So guys today I would like to tell you about my activities in the kitchen, my activities in the kitchen is cooking but still on Butcher Saction and I hope you are not boring to read this one actuallt this my last week in Butcher Saction with my team also. Just like a before we are waiting order before doing or prepare of ingredients they need.                        Not long time order coming are Chicken Fillet, Shrimp, and Shell by 10 pack again after that we give that, like what I say before in my blog before every ingredients had a different like how to cut or haw to handle or cooking also so that one very importand we mush know that and besicly we mush understand that.       ...

HAINAN CHICKEN RICE           Hainanese Chicken Rice is a dish adapted from early Chinese immigrants originally from Hainan province in southern China. It is considered one of the national dishes of Singapore. Hainanese chicken rice is most commonly associated with Singaporean, Malaysian and Hainanese cuisines, although it is also popular in Thailand, where it is known as Khao Man Gai, Vietnam and Indonesia. It is based on a well-known Hainanese dish called Wenchang chicken, due to its adoption by the Hainanese overseas Chinese population in the Nanyang area (present-day Southeast Asia). Catherine Ling of CNN describes Hainanese chicken rice as one of the "40 Singapore foods we can't live without".
