Hello Guys...
So this time I would like to tell you about my activities on the job training, this time in the kitchen section because my section right is A'la Carte so I will tell you one of prepare on A'la Carte Menu is Cup Tuile.
A Tuile is a baked wafer, French in origin, generally arced in shape, wafer thin, crisp, sweet, or savory, that is made most often from dough (but also possibly from cheese), often served as an accompaniment of other dishes. 'Tuile' is the French word for tile, after the shape of roof tiles that the arced baked good most often resembles. Tuiles are commonly added as garnishes to desserts such as Panna Cotta or used as edible cups for sorbet or ice cream.
Tuiles are thin cookies named for and curved like the tuiles, or tiles, that line the rooftops of French country homes, particularly those in Provence. To get a curved shape, tuiles are usually made on a curved surface, such as a wine bottle or rolling pin. In France, tuile molds are also sold. Tuiles must be curved while they are hot, otherwise they will crack and break. Tuiles can also be left flat after baking. The traditional tuile batter consists of flour, white sugar, melted butter, and almonds. Modern variants include a wide variety of bases and flavours.
The first one is prepare all ingredients and tools we need are Flour, Icing Sugar, Egg, Vanilla Essence, and Chocolate for colour or motif of Tuiles, and than mis all ingredients like in picture.
And than widen slightly flat and give chocolate as the motive after that Bake Tuiles with 150
degrees Celsius and 15 minutes.
degrees Celsius and 15 minutes.
After that when you take out of the oven direcly gonna be hard so we must soon move to the rice bowl and give a bottle to be the load will form a bowl later, do forget give a little butter to the bowl to make dought not sticky and easy to open up.
And this is the end result, besicly we can used become cup ice cream or another garnish on pastry.
Next my activities is make Coffee Break, as we know Coffee
Break itself is a term for a short break of 10 to 20 minutes on
weekdays, at a meeting, or gathering, which is a common time to enjoy a
cup of coffee, or tea, or a snack. This tradition can also be referred to as a tea break, or Afternoon Tea. Coffee
Break also serves as a time for socializing and resting, and is often
required for employees in a number of businesses or industries.
Well let me tell you a little about Coffee Break, supposedly
said Coffee Break began in the city of Stoughton, Washington, in late
1800. The city still continues to celebrate the annual Stoughton Coffee
Break Festival. The terms and practices of Coffee
Break continued to increase in popularity in the 1950s, largely as a
result of Pan-American Coffee Bureau campaign advertising that
encouraged people to take a work break for coffee. Coffee Break is now a common part of everyday workplace.
Vegetable Spring Roll one of Light Bites in Coffee Break on Mercure Hotel, outside it
is the skin of dumplings with the stuffing of various types of
vegetables that have been cooked before and given flavor with a garnish Red Cabbage and White Cabbage.
Currently,
most contract workers typically earn at least once Coffee Break every 8
hours shift, and many companies find that providing free coffee for
employees during Coffee Break is very beneficial, profit with little
capital.
So guys that's my activies on the kitchen and thanks for your attention and see u in another blog guys
