CHICKEN SHAWARMA
          Shawarma is a meat sandwich eaten by people in the Middle East. It is served in round Arabic bread with meat and vegetables, with some spice or sauce of choice, in it. Normally, the meat can either be lamb, beef, turkey, or chicken. Shawarma can also be spelled chawarma, shwarma, shawerma, or shoarmais. And than for the sauce such are Mint Sauce, Garlic Sauce, Chili Sauce, and Tomato Sauce and also usually accompanied by pickled arabic.
          Shawarma is an Arabic translation of the Turkish word çevirme, referring to the rotisserie nature of roasted meat, which is rotated around the axis where the flesh is placed. Similar naming conventions apply to doner from Turkey and gyros from Greece, both of which refer to the action behind the associated cooking mechanism. It was first introduced by people from Turkey. They call it cevirme, which means "turning", because the meat can be turned around in the oven.
          Chicekn Shawarma has ingredients are for the marinate the chicken first are Cinnamon Powder, Cumin Powder, Chili powder, Sugar, Salt, and Pepper on the bowl for the blend ingredients are Green Cardamon, Garlic, and Galangal after that put into the bowl and mix together and add Plain Yogutr and than ad the Chicken Breast and leave for 1 until 2 hours.
          Roasted The Chicken like satay just like Kebab and turn around until cook well and  need a view minutes to cook, and as his trademark is to be served with a bag shaped bread and than pickled arabic.
 CHICKEN QUESADILLAS
           A Quesadilla is a Tortilla, usually a flour Tortilla but sometimes made with a Corn Tortilla, stuffed with cheese and baked. Other items, such as savory herbs or vegetables, are often added, then cooked in a frying pan. A full Quesadilla involves two Tortillas filled with cheese and stacked on top of each other. Sharpening is a single Tortilla filled with cheese and folded into a half month shape.
          And usually accompanied by Guacamole Sauce and Tomato Salsa Sauce and than Green Salad, the main ingredients of Chicken Quesadillas are Chicken, Tortilla, and Cheese. For direction to make is saute the savory are Chicken, Mushroom, Paprica, Sweet Corn, and Tomato after that into frying pan Tortilla and add Mozarella Cheese and add ingredients we saute before and give Mozarella Cheese again and on the top give Tortilla until cheese is melted and Tortilla golden brown.
          Guacamole or Sometimes informally referred to as "guac" in North America is an avocado sauce, eyebrow or salad developed by the Aztec in Mexico right now.  In addition to its use in modern Mexican cuisine, it has become part of international and American cuisine as a sauce, herbs and salad herbs. The main Ingredients is Avocado, and another ingredients are Toamato, Lime Juice, Cilantro, Garlic, Shallot, and Jalapeno. Just mix togher all ingredients and for the Avocado is mash avocado and than chopped all ingredient next add Lime Juice.
          Salsa is a Spanish, Italian, Greek, and Turkish term for sauce. In English speaking countries, salsa usually refers to a typical Mexican cooking sauce known as hot salsas or salsas picantes, especially those used as dips. Salsa is often a tomato-based, heterogeneous mixture that includes ingredients such as onions, chillies, nuts, corn, and various spices. This is usually fun, ranging from "mild" to "very hot". 
CHICKEN KUNG PAO
          Chicken Kung Pao, also transcribed as Gong Bao or Kung Po, is spicy and sauteed Chinese dishes made with Chicken, Beans, Vegetables, and Chili. Classic dishes in Sichuan cuisine come from Sichuan Province in southwest China and include Sichuan pepper. Although the dish is found throughout China, there are variations in areas that are usually less spicy than Sichuan's. Kung Pao Chicken is also a staple food of westernized Chinese cuisine.
          Characteristic of this dish is Spicy as well as Cashews and marinate for Chicken seasoning, basicly in China used Chicken for this dish but in Western sometimes they change become Fish or Pork. The Main ingredients is Chicken and Cashews for Marinate are Soy Sauce, Rice Wine, Cold Water, and Cornstarch, and than for the Sauce are Soy Sauce, Red Vinegar, Chicken Powder, Sugar, Sesame Oil, Cornstarch, and Salt and than the smoothed ingredients are garlic and pepper curly.
          The First Cut the Chicken Breast in the shape of a cube. Mix with Rice Wine, Soy Sauce, water and Cornstarch. Soak chicken for 30 minutes. In a small bowl, mix with the ingredients of the sauce, with the final whisk of cornstarch. Remove the red chilli seeds, and chop. Peel the garlic skin and finely chopped. Heat oil, fry the chicken until it becomes white. Move to the dish and dry with a tissue to absorb the oil. Heat remaining oil frying chicken, stir fried dried red chili until the skin of the chili is brown. Add the garlic. Saute until fragrant. Add the fried chicken. Stir gently, then add the sauce to the center. Add the Cashews, mix well and serve hot.

HAINAN CHICKEN RICE           Hainanese Chicken Rice is a dish adapted from early Chinese immigrants originally from Hainan province in southern China. It is considered one of the national dishes of Singapore. Hainanese chicken rice is most commonly associated with Singaporean, Malaysian and Hainanese cuisines, although it is also popular in Thailand, where it is known as Khao Man Gai, Vietnam and Indonesia. It is based on a well-known Hainanese dish called Wenchang chicken, due to its adoption by the Hainanese overseas Chinese population in the Nanyang area (present-day Southeast Asia). Catherine Ling of CNN describes Hainanese chicken rice as one of the "40 Singapore foods we can't live without". In Malaysia, as in Singapore, chicken rice is available in many Chinese coffee shops, restaurants and street hawker stalls, and also in chain restaurants such as The Chicken Rice Shop and OldTown White Coffee.      ...
