Well, for this time I would like to tell you about my activites in the kitchen, this time really different why I say like that because I'm gonna talking about Chinese Food. This week very special I gues 'cause maybe before we always talking about Western Food or Indonesian Food but now is Chinese Food so I think so special.
As we know Chinese cuisine is an important part of Chinese culture, which includes cuisine originating from the diverse regions of China, as well as from Chinese people in other parts of the world. Because of the Chinese diaspora and historical power of the country, Chinese cuisine has influenced many other cuisines in Asia, with modifications made to cater to local palates.
The preference for seasoning and cooking techniques of Chinese provinces depend on differences in historical background and ethnic groups. Geographic features including mountains, rivers, forests and deserts also have a strong effect on the local available ingredients, considering climate of China varies from tropical in the south to subarctic in the northeast. Imperial, royal and noble preference also plays a role in the change of Chinese cuisines. Because of imperial expansion and trading, ingredients and cooking techniques from other cultures are integrated into Chinese cuisines over time.

So this week is we can call Chinese Cooking Class because we gonna talking all about Chinese Food but only a famous and frequent meal on TV or maybe we ever to eat but we dont know how to make it so I think this time really nice to discuss about that with Chinese Chef who is expert in his field and owns his business as well as work as Chinese Chef.
Before of all Chef Dino explain all about Chinese Food such as the method, utensil and equipment, The ingredients are usually in synonymous with chinese food, and than type of Scaling the ingredients, Characteristic of chinese cooking itself is how and other secret techniques. So specially on me this is new knowladge for me and I really focus and when I'm have some question or something I dont undertand so I'v got question from him.
After all explain is done so the next is talking about menu we gonna make from Appetizer until Dessert after that we make group for every menu today and than we chef will showing to us how to make it and explain about method of cooking after that we make the same way and taste good also like what they show to us.
