TOOLS IN KITCHEN 21

BRAIZER
A brazier is a container for hot coals, generally taking the form of an upright standing or hanging metal bowl or box. Used for burning solid fuel, usually charcoal, braziers principally provide heat, but may also be used for cooking and cultural rituals. Braziers have been recovered from many early archaeological sites like the Nimrud brazier, recently excavated by the Iraqi National Museum, which dates back to at least 824 BC.

How to Clean Up ?
The first is come out all the combustion residue after that spray or flush with water to keep the dirt open and than used soap cleaner to clean up and let dry.

BREAD MECHINE
A bread making machine or bread maker is a home appliance for baking bread. It consists of a bread pan (or "tin"), at the bottom of which are one or more built-in paddles, mounted in the center of a small special-purpose oven. This small oven is usually controlled by a simple built-in computer using settings input via a control panel. Most bread machines have different cycles for different kinds of dough—including white bread, whole grain, European-style (sometimes labelled "French"), and dough-only (for pizza dough and shaped loaves baked in a conventional oven). Many also have a timer to allow the bread machine to activate without operator attendance, and some high-end models allow the user to program a custom cycle.

History
The first breadmaker was released in Japan in 1986 by the Matsushita Electric Industrial Co. (now Panasonic). The Funai Electric company claims to have produced the world's first automatic bread-making machine, sold as the Raku Raku Pan Da in Japan in 1987 and sold in the USA as the Dak Auto Bakery model FAB-100-1.
A decade later they had become popular in the United Kingdom, Australia and the United States. While not viable for commercial use due to the fixed loaf shape and the limited duty cycle, bread machines are very suitable for home use, producing their best results when dealing with kneaded doughs.

How to Clean Up ?
The part that is always cleaned is the container of the bread itself after we wear it and for the engine part enough to wet with warm water so that the rest of the other material is open.

CHEESE MELTER
A cheesemelter is a cooking device used primarily in commercial restaurant kitchens. Powered by direct flame or electricity, these long, toaster-like appliances allow cooks to put finishing touches on dishes, especially those topped with shredded cheese.
It is closely related to the Salamander broiler though it offers more fine control for browning a dish at the end of the cooking cycle. It is also less expensive and easier to use than a salamander.

How to Clean Up ?
Just using Soap cleaner and keep it dependent on material of the tools.

PRACTICE ACTIVITY 9 (IND VER)

FOODS TRAINEE 3

HAINAN CHICKEN RICE           Hainanese Chicken Rice is a dish adapted from early Chinese immigrants originally from Hainan province in southern China. It is considered one of the national dishes of Singapore. Hainanese chicken rice is most commonly associated with Singaporean, Malaysian and Hainanese cuisines, although it is also popular in Thailand, where it is known as Khao Man Gai, Vietnam and Indonesia. It is based on a well-known Hainanese dish called Wenchang chicken, due to its adoption by the Hainanese overseas Chinese population in the Nanyang area (present-day Southeast Asia). Catherine Ling of CNN describes Hainanese chicken rice as one of the "40 Singapore foods we can't live without". In Malaysia, as in Singapore, chicken rice is available in many Chinese coffee shops, restaurants and street hawker stalls, and also in chain restaurants such as The Chicken Rice Shop and OldTown White Coffee.      ...
