Hello guys I would like to tell you about my activities on the kitchen so let's star now
So for this time activities is cooking with new recipe for A'la Carte 2, because in before I'm in Butcher Section and now I'm and my team in Cold Kitchen Section thats mean I'm gonna handle all appetizer.
As we know Cold Kitchen is a cool, well-ventilated area where cold dishes (such as salads, hors d'œuvres, appetizers, canapés, pâtés and terrines) are prepared and other foods are stored under refrigeration. The person in charge of this area is known as the chef garde manger or pantry chef. Larger hotels and restaurants may have garde manger staff to perform additional duties, such as creating decorative elements of buffet presentation like ice carving and edible centerpieces made from materials such as cheese, Thai fruit and vegetable carvings, butter, salt dough or tallow.
Well guys I'm gonna handle California Burger on the recipe today so I'm gonna tell you how to make it. The fisrt prepare all ingresdient and tools we gonna used and than I'm make Mayonnaise Sauce.
Besicly the main ingredient of Mayonnaise Sauce are Egg Yolk and Salad Oil we mix togother step by step and slow by slow when we stir them and for the finishing give seasoning, mustard and Lime Juice and than a little Cold Water to make the sauce smooth.
For Burger we make to but is not my section to make that but Pastry and Bakery Section My team just finished that Burger when order coming. Continent this Burger are slice Onion and Tomato, Lotuce, and Petty.
The first Grill the Burget but we cut into two and grill with butter until brown after that give on the top give Moyonnaise and than Lotuce, slice Tomato, Slice Onion and than petty we grill too before and close that with burger again.
