PRACTICE ACTIVITY 15

Hello.....
                   Now I would like to tell you my activities in the kitchen I hope not skip this blog guys. This time still practice Buffet Menu but not Wester anymore is Indonesian Buffet, actually every menu have identity like Indonesian foods is had herb and spices to much or colaboration to make food is good and than nice smell. And menu today is for the Appetizer are Paco Doang, Lawar Udang, for the Soup are Kari Ayam, Labu Kuning Bersantan, for the Main Course are Rendang, Ikan Garo Rica, and Nasi Putih, for the dessert are Taripang and Putri Selat. For this time my team get Main Course but me make I'm gonna make Ikan Garo Rica, so I will explain to you how to make Ikan Garo Rica. 
                   First prepare all ingresdient and tools we needs and the main ingredients this menu is Fish, before we gonna to cook we clean that fish and than we cut and we marinate with salt, pepper, and lime juice after that keep it for a few minutes.


                    Beside that we blander all herb and spices for sauce of the fish, mix all igredients until well and than when we blan just used oil do not water just to make easy 'cause we gonna saute after we blander expect Ginger and Lime Leave later we put when we saute.

                   If we saute the sauce just used Medium heat so that why the sauce will be nice and cook well after that add Ginger and Lime Leave to make the sauce have a nice smell.

                     And than we take the fish for fry but before just using corn starch after that we frying.

                    When we frying just used medium heat to make the meat is ripe until golder brown or looks like crispy after that set aside until the oil no longer exists. After that mix together with the sauce we make before, do not forget to give seasoned and lime juice.

Hello Guys,           Kali ini saya akan menceritakan aktivitas saya di dapur, dan pada kesempatan ini sedikit berbeda seperti  biasanya karena kali ini saya akan membuat Tape atau Tapai.           Tapai atau tape adalah kudapan yang dihasilkan dari proses fermentasi bahan pangan berkarbohidrat sebagai substrat oleh ragi.
