PRACTICE ACTIVITY 14

                   Well,  this time I would like to tell you about my activities in the kitchen actually today still in Western Buffet, just like what I explain in my blog before buffet is a system of serving meals in which food is placed in a public area where the diners generally serve themselves. So menu today are for the Appetizer are Coctel De Camarones, Yuka Balls with Guacamole, for the soup are Joumou Soup, Consome of Chicken, for the Main Course are Beef Goulash, Spaghetti Aglio Olio, Pan Fry Fillet with Black Pepper Sauce, Braised Red Cabbage, and for the Dessert are Risalamande and Rum Balls.
             But today my team get Appetizer are Appetizer are Coctel De Camarones and Yuka Balls with Guacamole, but me I gonna make Appetizer are Appetizer. so let me to explain to you How to Make....
             First prepare all ingredients and tools we need, because as we know appertizer just simple to make so not need more time and than appetizer had identity is Sauce. A sauce is liquid, cream, or semi-solid food served on or used in preparing other foods. Sauces are not normally consumed by themselves, they add flavor, moisture, and visual appeal to another dish.

                    After we done to prepare we make sauce first 'cause this sauce mush cold when we served with Shrimp, first saute onion until golden brown after that add the tomato puree and ketchup and season well. If sauce cook well so keep it chiller to make sauce is cold before we mix.


                  If the sauce is ready so the next is grilled the Shrimp but before we grill we clean up with skin and dirt on his back after that we marinate by salt, pepper, baking soda and lime juice a few minutes to make smell of shrimp is gone and make shrimp have a nice  taste.

                   And do not over cook because shrimp dont need long time to cooking 'cause we need juice from the shrimp also. After the shrimp is cook well so time to plating in oval plate with sauce we make before.
                   So Coctel De Camarones is ready to served and feel freshing of the shrimp with sauce, if you have a question about this menu just comment below guys and I will upload all menu this week just Check on Intagram @dedybestpict I'm waiting.......

Hello Guys,           Kali ini saya akan menceritakan aktivitas saya di dapur, dan pada kesempatan ini sedikit berbeda seperti  biasanya karena kali ini saya akan membuat Tape atau Tapai.           Tapai atau tape adalah kudapan yang dihasilkan dari proses fermentasi bahan pangan berkarbohidrat sebagai substrat oleh ragi. Di Indonesia dan negara-negara tetangganya, substrat ini biasanya umbi singkong dan beras ketan. Ragi untuk fermentasi tapai merupakan campuran beberapa mikroorganisme, terutama fungi (kapang dan jamur), seperti Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Rhizopus oryzae, Endomycopsis burtonii, Mucor sp., Candida utilis, Saccharomycopsis fibuligera, dan Pediococcus sp, namun tidak tertutup kemungkinan jenis lain juga terlibat.
