Today I would like to tell you my activities this time, well today I get compenion in some program of Makassar industrial education center with the theme is Seaweed for this time they will make Four Menu and besicly they will make bakery section. Actually in bakery section is not easy because have step by step so details to make perfect product, beside I to be Compenion I will make Bread to show them how to step make a good bread until cook and this time I make French Bread.
French Bread is one of bread unrich or thats mean is nor full of Nutrition usually this bread for Breakfast with jam and than some drink like Jus, Coffee, or Tea, so thats why feeling of this bread just has no taste. I Would like to explain you how to make it.
The first prepare all the ingredient and tools we will to used, after that lets begin to make it. The next Mix all ingredients except water and stir until completely flat, if the all ingredientd mix together so add the water little by litte and mix well by hand, do not forget make sure your hand is clean because can affect the dough later on.
Mix the dough until kales but actually we had to mechine for make the bread but for this time we make the normal by hand, do not forget to always give the flour on the table so the dough is not sticky and easy to mix. Make sure that dough is Kales with the
characteristics when pressed to eat the dough back to its original form
and do not too much too because it will affect the dough later on.
If the dough is kales so lets to Proofing, why we do it because for make the dought double size and than yeast in the dought will to reaction than make proofing and for when we bake is not using a long time to bake the bread. Actually for proofing we had Proofing Mechine too but now we can use the simple like in the picture by napkin but you must wet first laps and than waiting for 30 minutes to make the dought double size.
After that press the the dought to make all the gas in the inside of the dought is come out and than lets to make the dought with form of French Break like in the picture, look likes elongated and cutting the dought in the top, the next we go to the second Proofing with room temperature maybe 20 until 30 minutes more.
After the second proofing is over so time to bake with 250 degrees celsius, for the 20 minutes first one we chect the bread to make sure that bread brown or cooking and do not forget to flipped so thats why color of the bread is same and than maturity level flat.
