                   Hello guys, for this time I would like to tell you a little bit about my activities when I'm in Makassar Industry Education Center. This program we gonna talking about Chocolate and all about Choholate from how to plant the Chocolate until we eat together, we was thinking thats feeling of chocolate is sweet but actually not why I say like that 'cause the chocolate is done to procces mixing with other ingredients like as butter, sugar and another. So lets begin my activities .....

Day 1

                     Today we was registration before to follow the program after that we begin the program in the class room and before the program continue the leader of the event he tell us about the role of this event and than direction to be good for a view days and he talk too about schedule for one week later after that the program is begin by opening of the event and explain about what the purpose this event. when the opening is done the delivery system is begins, Mr. Drs. Agus Salim, MM. he was explain how to make a good chocolate and type of chocolate and that what we gonna make from chocolate ingredients, for this we gonna make 3 in 1 Chocolate, 3 in 1 Ginger Chocolate, Chocolate Jam, Brownies, Almond Crispy Chocolate, Chocolate Dodol, and Pie Chocolate.

And the next is Mr. Syahrial, S.Sos., M.AP. he was explain about method of cook specialy Pastry and Bakery and talking about recipe for tomorrow bacause we gonna practical in kitchen, to make us easy to understand about method and than ingredients.

Hello Guys,           Kali ini saya akan menceritakan aktivitas saya di dapur, dan pada kesempatan ini sedikit berbeda seperti  biasanya karena kali ini saya akan membuat Tape atau Tapai.           Tapai atau tape adalah kudapan yang dihasilkan dari proses fermentasi bahan pangan berkarbohidrat sebagai substrat oleh ragi. Di Indonesia dan negara-negara tetangganya, substrat ini biasanya umbi singkong dan beras ketan. Ragi untuk fermentasi tapai merupakan campuran beberapa mikroorganisme, terutama fungi (kapang dan jamur), seperti Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Rhizopus oryzae, Endomycopsis burtonii, Mucor sp., Candida utilis, Saccharomycopsis fibuligera, dan Pediococcus sp, namun tidak tertutup kemungkinan jenis lain juga terlibat. Welcome back on my blog guys                        So guys today I would like to tell you about my activities in the kitchen, my activities in the kitchen is cooking but still on Butcher Saction and I hope you are not boring to read this one actuallt this my last week in Butcher Saction with my team also. HAINAN CHICKEN RICE           Hainanese Chicken Rice is a dish adapted from early Chinese immigrants originally from Hainan province in southern China. It is considered one of the national dishes of Singapore. Hainanese chicken rice is most commonly associated with Singaporean, Malaysian and Hainanese cuisines, although it is also popular in Thailand, where it is known as Khao Man Gai, Vietnam and Indonesia. It is based on a well-known Hainanese dish called Wenchang chicken, due to its adoption by the Hainanese overseas Chinese population in the Nanyang area (present-day Southeast Asia).
