PRACTICE ACTIVITY 10

Hi guys....
                   Today I would like to tell you about my activities, today still Buffet Menu for this time is Western Buffet Menu is for the Appetizer are Shrim Crispy with Tartar Sauce, Cassava Salad for the Soup is Koto Soup Avgolemono for the Main Course Fish Frikadeler, Beef Stroganoff, Eggplant Patmigiana, Kugel Potatoes, for the Dessert are Black Forest, Eclair.
                  Well for this time me and my Team get Main Course but I handle Fish Frikadeler, for make this menu very easy to make just mix all ingredient but before we grill the fish first after that mix well.
                  After the dough is ready to fry so we frying by low heat, but before we make like oval just like Frikadeler what we know but actually dependent on you if you want to try at home guys, do not forget always use flour so that why is not sticky on your hand.

                 If we done do it like this picture so ready to frying by low heat to make sure mature of food just like golden brown and a good smell. Beside that we make also Sauce for the Frikadeler, besicly for the sauce is Moyonnaice Sauce but derivative of  Mayonnaice Sauce.

CHEESE KNIFE           Cheese cutters are designed to cut soft, sticky cheeses (moist and oily), and accordingly do not have a large sharp edged blade compare to a cheese knife with holes in the blade. The cutting edge of cheese cutters are typically a fine gauge stainless steel or aluminium wire (a "cheesewire") stretched across a supporting frame.
