Hello guys, for this time I would like to tell you a little bit about my activities when I'm in Makassar Industry Education Center. This program we gonna talking about Chocolate and all about Choholate from how to plant the Chocolate until we eat together, we was thinking thats feeling of chocolate is sweet but actually not why I say like that 'cause the chocolate is done to procces mixing with other ingredients like as butter, sugar and another. So lets begin my activities .....

Today we was registration before to follow the program after that we begin the program in the class room and before the program continue the leader of the event he tell us about the role of this event and than direction to be good for a view days and he talk too about schedule for one week later after that the program is begin by opening of the event and explain about what the purpose this event. when the opening is done the delivery system is begins, Mr. Drs. Agus Salim, MM. he was explain how to make a good chocolate and type of chocolate and that what we gonna make from chocolate ingredients, for this we gonna make 3 in 1 Chocolate, 3 in 1 Ginger Chocolate, Chocolate Jam, Brownies, Almond Crispy Chocolate, Chocolate Dodol, and Pie Chocolate.

And the next is Mr. Syahrial, S.Sos., M.AP. he was explain about method of cook specialy Pastry and Bakery and talking about recipe for tomorrow bacause we gonna practical in kitchen, to make us easy to understand about method and than ingredients.

In the morning we get our breakfast and ready to pratical in the kitchen on Tourism Polytechnic of Makassar after that we arrived in the kitchen we have to direction and a little about how to step to make it. but before we had 5 group and I'm in group number 3 by ten person.
when the everything is clear and we begin to practical today and than we make tree menu are 3 in 1 Chocolate, 3 in 1 Ginger Chocolate, and Chocolate Jam. thats very simple to make it and using simple ingredients, very importand is we must to team work and trush everyone and than dont forget to readed the recipe to make sure how to step by step of menu.

Today we gonna continue the Practical in the kitchen, like a before we must to know what we want to make and understanded of the recipe for today we gonna make are Brownies, Almond Crispy Chocolate, Chocolate Dodol, and Pie Chocolate. just like yesterday we have to direction of the lecturer and than explain all of it and what we make first because today we ganna make Chocolate Dodol so do it first 'cause need more a long time maybe one or two hours to make a good Dodol. the next we make Almond Crispy Chocolate for make this menu is not so difficult but do not take for granted the next is Pie Chocolate for make it the pie we need to pay attention of pie dought because we must keep it in chiller after we mix the dought to make fat of dought is not come out and still inside but make sure when the pie dought is bake must be crispy and for the feeling is chocolate melted with butter, the next is Brownies for make just using sponge method, sponge method is The process of inserting air into the dough by mixer machine.

For today we are not to practical again because is done all the mune we want to make but to continue our knowladge about chocolate, agenda for today we will going to pubric of chocolate how to make the real chocolate until we can eat Mr. Agus Salim, MM. can explain us.

Today is our asessemen practical and I feel nervous actually, I dont how to explain but is true yeah I know is to hard this menu but I just feel it. but before we asessemen practical in the kitchen we are rolling the menu what we ganna to make fot this time, and finally I get my menu is Almond Crispy Chocolate with my partner. I just feel enjoy because yeah I think easy to make but still carefully. just stay focus and than read the recipe step by step because we know we must team work and I'm with Ms. Muti so I'm make a section to smooth this asessmen. Today is last day in the event but still have a program is assesmen written, beside the asessmen practical very importand to is asessemen written because not only doing we know but knowladge very importand too thats a basic. after the asessemen is done the next is closing of event, I just feel on one week we not feel it is over and this event really good with all of the fasilities like room, food and other I can't say one by one, I just say thanks for one week about chocolate but I know is not enough to talking about it and I wish this program will be continue.
